摘要
TheangledependenceofopticalphononmodesofanAlNbulksinglecrystalfromthem-plane（1100）andc-plane（0001）surfaces,respectively,isinvestigatedbypolarizedRamanspectroscopyinabackscatteringconfigurationatroomtemperature.CorrespondingRamanselectionrulesarederivedaccordingtomeasuredscatteringgeometriestoillustratetheangledependence.Theangle-dependentintensitiesofphononmodesarediscussedandcomparedtotheoreticalscatteringintensities,yieldingtheRamantensorelementsofA1（TO）,E22,E1（TO）,andA1（LO）phononmodesandtherelativephasedifferencebetweenthetwocomplexelementsofA1（TO）.Furthermore,theRamantensorofwurtziteAlNiscomparedwiththatofwurtziteZnOreportedinpreviouswork,revealingtheintrinsicdifferencesoflatticevibrationdynamicsbetweenAlNandZnO.
