摘要
Theso-called＂phasedifference＂iscommonlyintroducedasaphenomenologicalparameterinRamantensortheory,soastofittheexperimentaldatawell.Althoughphasedifferenceiswidelyrecognizedasanintrinsicpropertyofcrystals,itsphysicsstillremainsambiguous.Recently,Kranertetal.havepresentedanewformalismtoexplaintheoriginofphasedifferencetheoretically.Here,wesystematicallyconductedexperimentalresearchwithpolarphononsinwurtzitecrystals,theresultsofwhichstronglysurestthatthephasedifferenceshouldbepredeterminedinaRamantensor,ratherthanbetreatedasRamantensorelementstraditionallyorasanintrinsicproperty.OnthegroundsofpinpointingexistinglogicalflawsinRamantensorstudy,weprovidealogicallyclearparadigm.
