摘要 Thispaperreportsthatpolarizedfar-infraredreflectivitymeasurementshavebeendoneonLiGaO2singlecrystalalongtwocrystallineaxesatdifferenttemperatures.Thetemperaturedependentfrequenciesofthelongitudinalandtransverseopticalphononhavebeenobtainedfromtherealpartofopticalconductivityandthelossfunctionrespectively.AsmallDrudecomponentisobservedatfrequencybelow300cm-1whichcouldarisefromLiionsoroxygendeficiencies.TheionicityofLiGaO2hasbeenstudiedfromtheanalysisoftheBorneffectivechargeofdifferentions.
