摘要
Thermalfatigue(TF)isoneofthemostimportantfactorsthatinfluenceturbine'slife.Thispaperestablishesa3Dsolid-fluidcouplingmodelforasteadytemperatureanalysisofahigh-pressureturbinenozzleatdifferentturbineinletgastotaltemperatures(TIGTTs).Thetemperatureanalysissuppliesthetemperatureloadforsubsequent3Dfiniteelementanalysistoobtainthestrainvalues.Followingthis,thepredictionoftheTFlifeismadeonthebasisofequivalentstrainrange.TheresultsshowthatthestrainincreaseswithTIGTT,andthepredictedTFlifedecreasescorrespondingly.ThislifepredictionwasconfirmedbyoneTFtest.
