摘要
【摘要】社会经济发展下,国有企业面临的竞争也日益激烈。人才作为企业竞争优势的重要组成部分,企业做好人力资源开发和利用工作能够有助于人才价值的挖掘。论文结合国有企业人力资源开发中存在的问题,提出几点措施和建议。 【 Absrtact】 With the development of social economy, the state-owned enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition. As an important part of the competitive advantage of an enterprise, enterprises do a good job in the development and utilization of human resources, can help to explore the value of talent. Combining with the problems existing in the development of human resources in state-owned enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
