    摘要 Thenumericalsimulationcanovercomethehardshipofmathematicalanalysisandexperimentalresearch,explicatethemechanismofmicrostructureshaping,predictmechanicalpropertiesandoperatinglifeofcastingsandthenoptimizetechnologyandcontrolmicrostructureformationtoobtainthequalifiedcastings.Thefinitedifferencemethod(FDM)isappliedtothesimulationoftemperaturefieldbasedonallkindsofnucleationandgrowthmodelsonallstagesofsolidificationofspheroidalgraphitecastiron.VisualC++isusedtoprogramthenumericalsimulationsoftware,QTstructure-1tosimulatethesolidificationprocessofspheroidalgraphitecastironandtheformationofallphasesinsolidificationprocess.Finally,theresultofsimulationiswellagreedwiththeexperimentalresult.
