摘要 RandomMatrixTheory(RMT)isavaluabletoolfordescribingtheasymptoticbehaviorofmultiplesystems,especiallyforlargematrices.Inthispaper,usingasymptoticrandommatrixtheory,anewcooperativeMultiple-InputMultiple-Output(MIMO)schemeforspectrumsensingisproposed,whichshowshowasymptoticfreepropertyofrandommatricesandthepropertyofWishartdistributioncanbeusedtoassistspectrumsensingforCognitiveRadios(CRs).SimulationsoverRayleighfadingandAWGNchannelsdemonstratetheproposedschemehasbetterdetectionperformancecomparedwiththeenergydetectiontechniqueseveninthecaseofasmallsampleofobservations.
