摘要 Theradarechosignalofaseaclutterisnonlinear,nonstationaryandtimevarying.Amultifractalmeasureanalysiscandescribethelocalsingularityofaphysicssystem.Therandomwalkmodelofaseaclutterscatteringisanalysedtodisclosetheintrinsicphysicalcharacteristicsandlawsoftheseaclutter.Stochasticdifferentialequationsaregivenforthephysicalqualityoftheseaclutter.AdiffusionprocessmodelisestablishedusingItoformula.Thesingularityoftherandomwalkmodelistestedbyamultifractalspectroscopy,andtheaccuracyofthismodelisprovenbythemultifractalspectroscopyofareal-lifeIPIXradardataset.Thus,therandomwalkmodeliseffectivefordescribingthedynamicsmechanismoftheseaclutter.
