摘要 Anovelstar-likesingle-crystalZnOstructurewassynthesizedbyasimplesolvothermalmethod.Theas-preparedproductswerecharacterizedbyXRD,SEMandTEM.Thestar-likeZnO,whichshowssixfoldsymmetry,wasconstructedbysixuniformarmsdistributingsymmetricallyaroundthe[0001]zoneaxis.Itisalsofoundthatthearmsarenotperpendiculartothe[0001]zoneaxisandeacharmisgrownatacertainanglewiththe[0001]direction.CBEDpatternandcorrespondingsimulationdemonstratethattheconvexpartofthestar-likeZnOisO-terminated(000-1)planeandtheconcavepartisZn-terminated(0001)plane.H2Splaysacrucialroleinthesynthesisprocess.Theanisotropicgrowthhabitalong[0001]and[000-1]resultsintheformationofstar-likestructure.
