摘要 Basedonsimpleanalyticalequations,shortcircuitcurrentdensity(JSC)oftheorganicbulkheterojunctionsolarcellshasbeencalculated.ItisfoundthattheopticalinterferenceeffectplaysaveryimportantroleinthedeterminationofJSC;andobviousoscillatorybehaviourofJSCwasobservedasafunctionofthickness.Atthesametime,theinfluenceofthecarrierlifetimeonJSCalsocannotbeneglected.Whenthecarrierlifetimeisrelativelyshort,JSConlyincreasesattheinitialstageandthendecreasesrapidlywiththeincreaseofactivelayerthickness.However,forarelativelylongcarrierlifetime,theexcitondissociationprobabilitymustbeconsidered,andJSCbehaveswave-likewiththeincreaseofactivelayerthickness.Thevalidityofthismodelisconfirmedbytheexperimentalresults.
