AdoublehelixmodelofchargetransportinDNAmoleculeisgivenandthetransmissionspectraoffourDNAsequencesareobtained.ThecalculatedresultsshowthatthetransmissioncharacteristicsofDNAarenotonlyrelatedtothelongitudinaltransportbutalsotothetransversetransportofmolecule.Theperiodicsequencewiththesamecompositionhasstrongerconductionability.Withtheincreasingofbasescomposition,theconductiveabilityreduces,buttheweightofθdirectionrisesinchargetransfer.
