    摘要 Oneofthechallengesinthefieldoftissueengineeringisthedevelopmentofbiomaterial/cellinteractions.Forthispurpose,theuseofbiologicalmaterialsintissueengineeringrequirestheapplicationofdifferentchemicalorphysicalproceduresforsurfacemodificationinordertoimprovethecellaffinityofbiomaterials.Wehavestudiedtheeffectsofonechemicaltreatmentandonephysicaltreatment:1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide(WSC)andentrapment.
