探讨金银花的中药药理作用研究

摘要 　　【摘要】 目的 研究分析金银花的中药药理作用研究。方法 通过查阅重点中医医学点击、所有具有代表性的关于中药金银花的医学著作， 分别从中药金银花的草本考证、生物学研究、临床药理作用、化学成分研究等方面分析金银花的药用成分和临床药理作用。结果 金银花的主要药用成分包括黄酮类、挥发油、三萜皂类化合物、有机酸类化合物；主要药理作用包括解热、抗炎作用、止血作用、抗病毒作用、保肝利胆作用、抗菌作用， 其主要功效包括清热解毒、抗炎抗菌、止血、抗病毒等， 在温病发热、热毒、肿瘤等疾病中均具有良好的应用效果。结论金银花在多种中药制剂中得以应用。随着研究的不断深入， 金银花将在抗菌抗病毒临床治疗中显示出更明显的药用价值。 　　【关键词】 中药成分分析；金银花；药用成分；临床药理[Abstract] Objective To study the pharmacological effects of Flos lonicerae. Methods based on the traditional Chinese medicine, click all key representative of traditional Chinese medicine honeysuckle medicine works, respectively from the Chinese medicine honeysuckle herbs research, biological research, clinical pharmacology, chemical constituents and other aspects of the analysis of honeysuckle medicinal ingredients and clinical pharmacology. The main medicinal components of honeysuckle including flavonoids, volatile oil, three terpene soap compounds, organic acids; main pharmacological effects including antipyretic, anti-inflammatory effect, hemostatic effect, antiviral effect, choleretic effect, antibacterial effect, and its main functions include clearing heat and detoxification, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral and hemostasis are used. Good results in febrile fever, heat toxin, tumor and other diseases. Conclusion Flos Lonicerae can be used in many kinds of traditional Chinese medicine preparation. With the continuous deepening of research, honeysuckle will show more obvious medicinal value in the clinical treatment.
