AllC*-algebrasofsectionsoflocallytrivialC*-algebrabundlesover∏si=1Lki(ni)withfibresAωMc(C)areconstructed,undertheassumptionthateverycompletelyirra-tionalnoncommutativetorusAωisrealizedasaninductivelimitofcirclealgebras,whereLki(ni)arelensspaces.LetLcdbeacd-homogeneousC*-algebraover∏si=1Lki(ni)×Tr+2whosecd-homogeneousC*-subalgebrarestrictedtothesubspaceTr×T2isrealizedasC(Tr)Al/dMc(C),andofwhichnonon-trivialmatrixalgebracanbefactoredout.ThelenticularnoncommutativetorusLcdpisdefinedbytwistingC*(Tr+2)C*(Zm-2)inLcdC*(Zm-2)byatotallyskewmultiplierρonTr+2×Zm-2.ItisshownthatLcdpMp∞isisomorphicto(∏si=1Lki(ni))AρMcd(C)Mp∞ifandonlyifthesetofprimefactorsofcdisasubsetofthesetofprimefactorsofp,andthatLcdpisnotstablyisomorphictoC(∏si=1Lki(ni))AρMcd(C)ifthecd-homogeneousC*-subalgebraofLcdprestrictedtosomesubspaceLki(ni)∏si=1Lki(ni)isrealizedasthecrossedproductbytheobviousnon-trivialactionofZkionacd/ki-homogeneousC*-algebraoverS2ni+1forkianintegergreaterthan1.
