摘要 Asimpleinstrumentforthereal-timemeasurementofalgaeconcentrationandmappingdescribed.Theinstrumentusesapulsedshortarcxenonflashlampastheexcitedlightsources.Boththeexcitinglightandthefluorescencefromalgaechlorophyllaretransmittedalongafiberbundle.Themeasurementsensivitivityisanalyzedandtheexperimentresultisgiven.Theinstrumentispracticaltoin-situmeasurementatsea.
