Basedonthetheoryofthermalradiation,acontacttypeopticalfiberpyrometerappliedinICengineisputforward.Itiscomposedofthreeparts:ablackbodyprobe,opticalsystem,electricalprocesssystem.Thekeytechnologyofdesignisdiscussed.Experimentisgiventoprovethatthepyrometerhasmuchhigherresponsivespeed,distinguishabilityandmuchlongerrunninglifethanotherpyrometers.
