摘要
JohariceofAssamisaclassofricewitharoma,goodcookingqualitiesandexcellentpalatability,whicharegrownindifferentplacesofAssamwiththeiradaptabilitytolocalsituations.Atotalof143simplesequencerepeatmarkerswereusedinthisstudytorevealsufficientgeneticvariationsamongthe40Johaand14non-Joharicegenotypes.Polymorphisminformationcontentofthesemarkerswerefrom0.17to0.88,wheretheaverageof3.7alleleswereobserved.Themodel-basedpopulationassignmentanddendrogramanalysisidentifiedthreedistinctgroupsinthe54riceaccessions,whichestablishedaclearidentityofJohaaccessionsfromtheBasmatiaccessions,indicatinghighdiversityandstrongpopulationstructureinJoharice.Furthermore,atotalof29significantmarker-traitassociations(P<0.05)for10charactersweredetected.TheQTLsrelatedwithyieldandgrainqualitycanbeusedeffectivelyincropimprovementprogramsandforfurtherfinemappingandvalidationofspecificgenestodevelopgene-basedperfectmarkersinricebreedingandforminingofbetterallelesofthesegenesinJoharicecollections.
