Long-term Behavior of Fiber Reinforced Concrete Exposed to Sulfate Solution Cycling in Drying-immersion

    摘要 Thedamageprocessandcorrosioniondistributioninconcrete,whichwasexposedto60and170drying-immersioncyclesofsulfatesolution,weresystematicallyinvestigated.Theeffectsofplainconcrete,plainconcretemixedwith4and8kg/m~3modifiedPPfiberandhigh-performanceconcrete(HPC)mixedwith0.8kg/m~3finePPfiberonthedamageprocesswerealsostudied.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatthenarditeinducedsurfacescaling,aswellasgypsum-andettringite-inducedcracks,werethemaindegradationformsofconcreteunderattackofsulfatesolutionanddrying–immersioncycles.Therelativedynamicmodulusofelasticityofconcreteinitiallyincreased,thenreachedstabilityandfinallydecreasedtofailure.ThesulfatediffusioncoefficientsofplainandHPCwere10~(-12)and10~(-13)m~2/s,respectively.Theconcentrationofsodiumionincreasedwithdepth,thenmaintainedstabilityandfinallydecreasedrapidlywithconcretedepth.Thecontentofcalciumionontheconcretesurfacewas110%-150%ofthatintheinteriorofspecimens.Althoughfiberworsenedthesurfacescalingofconcrete,betterresistancecapacityofsulfateionpenetrationintoconcretewasobservedinplainconcretewith4kg/m~3modifiedPPfiberandHPC.
