摘要 Thispaperintroducedthebasictheoryandalgorithmofthesurrogatedatamethod,whichproposedarigorouswaytodetecttherandomandseeminglystochasticcharacteristicsinasystem.TheGaussiandataandtheRosslerdatawereusedtoshowtheavailabilityandeffectivityofthismethod.Accordingtotheanalysisbythismethodbasedontheshort-circuitingcurrentsignalsundertheconditionsofthesamevoltageanddifferentwirefeedspeeds,itisdemonstratedthattheelectricalsignalstimeseriesexhibitapparentlyrandomnesswhentheweldingparametersdonotmatch.However,theelectricalsignalstimeseriesaredeterministicwhenamatchisfound.Thestabilityofshort-circuitingtransferprocesscouldbejudgedexactlybythemethodofsurrogatedata.
