摘要 stabilityofweldingprocessistheprerequisiteandassuranceforidealjoint.Thestructureofstabilitymodelanditsoptimizationarethekeytoon-lineevaluationtechnologyofarcwelding.Characteristicparametersareextractedfromthesingletransferperiodwhilevariationcoefficientsofthecharacteristicparametersareconcernedforwholeweldingprocessofcontinuousdroptransfer.Basedonthecharacteristicparametersandtheirvariationcoefficients,stabilitymodelofshort-circuitarcweldingprocessisestablishedbypartial-least-squareregression(PLSR)thatcanovercomemulticollinearityofinputparameters.Theexperimentresultsshowthatthismodelcanmeettherequirementofaccuracy.
