摘要 Problemsencounteredintheproductionoflownickelausteniticstainlesssteelhavebeenstudied.Theseproblemsprimarilyincludethechangestothemicrostructureoftheslabduringtheheatingprocess,theformationandremovalofdeformation-inducedmartensiteduringcoldrolling,andtheeffectsoftheannealingprocessonthesurfaceoxidestructure.Areasonablemanufacturingprocesshasbeenproposedonthebasisoftheresearchresultsandhighqualitycold-rolledstripsoflownickelausteniticstainlesssteelhavebeenproduced.
