摘要
Themainpurposeofthisstudyistosurveynumericallycomparisonoftwophaseandsinglephaseofheattransferandflowfieldofcopper-waternanofluidinawavychannel.Thecomputationalfluiddynamics(CFD)predictionisusedforheattransferandflowpredictionofthesinglephaseandthreedifferenttwo-phasemodels(mixture,volumeoffluid(VOF),andEulerian).Theheattransfercoefficient,temperature,andvelocitydistributionsareinvestigated.Theresultsshowthatthedifferencesbetweenthetemperaturefieldinthesinglephaseandtwo-phasemodelsaregreaterthanthoseinthehydrodynamicfield.Also,itisfoundthattheheattransfercoefficientpredictedbythesinglephasemodelisenhancedbyincreasingthevolumefractionofnanoparticlesforallReynoldsnumbers;whileforthetwo-phasemodels,whentheReynoldsnumberislow,increasingthevolumefractionofnanoparticleswillenhancetheheattransfercoefficientinthefrontandthemiddleofthewavychannel,butgraduallydecreasealongthewavychannel.
