摘要 ThedimensionvariationofB610EsteelduringthequenchingandtemperingprocesswassimulatedbyABAQUS,thecoefficientofheattransferduringquenchingwasverifiedbytheburiedthermocoupletestandthetrendofthedimensionvariationduringthequenchingprocesswasalsocalculatedbyABAQUS.Itwasshownbythecomparisonofsimulatedresultsandindustriallymeasuredresultsthatonlythesimulationofthicknessandwidthvariationwasaccurate,whilelengthvariationneededfurthersimulation.Besides,thedimensionvariationtrendwasidenticalwiththemeasuredresults.
