Intheexperimentwehavemeasuredtheresonantfrequenciesofper-foratedsheetswithperforationratesfrom0.008to0.30.Comparedthosefre-quencieswiththecorrespondingresonantfrequenciesofhomogeneous,orun-perforatedoneweobtainedanempiricalrelationshipbetweentheresonantfrequencyandperforationrate,whichcanbeusedforindustrialpurpose.Wehavealsostudiedthechangeofvibrationalenergydistributionofperforatedsheetrelatedtothatofhomogeneous.
