简介:摘要:水处理系统用多功能控制阀“润新阀”(以下简称控制阀),是一种采用工程塑料为主要原材料,经注塑、热板焊接、机加工、装配的加工工艺完成。大阀由于零件大、结构复杂,无法通过注塑模具一次成型,需要将两个或两个以上的零部件结合在一起。若采用密封件、紧固件连接的方式,成本高、加工效率低。所以热板焊接成为首选的工艺,两个工件经过加工保证平面度,然后进行加热,达到材料的熔化状态,再施加一定的压力来达到互相焊接效果,确保密封性能和连接强度。自2012年公司开始使用热板焊接工艺,使用期间出过多次不合格问题,强度爆破,循环测试达不到工艺要求。本文着重总结伺服焊接机(特殊工序)的工艺过程及应用。
