简介: 【摘 要】目的:研究分析肝硬化失代偿患者的病情观察,对肝性脑病先找进行了解,及时的采取护理干预措施,防止肝性脑病发生。 方法: 2018年 2月至 2018年 12月我院对 35例失代偿其肝硬化患者进行了分析研究,共有 25例男性和 10例女性,对患者提供了相关护理,,积极的开展健康教育。 结果:经过护理后, 18例先兆肝性脑病患者有 1例优于上消化道出血死亡,有 1例肝昏迷转院, 16例患者没有出现肝性脑病。 结论:为患者开展护理的时候,积极的采取护理干预措施,能够预防肝性脑病的发生,为临床护理提供参考,值得推广使用。 【关键词】肝性脑病 ;病情观察 ;护理干预 [Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the condition observation of patients with decompensated cirrhosis, find out the hepatic encephalopathy first, and take timely nursing intervention measures to prevent the occurrence of hepatic encephalopathy. Methods: from February 2018 to December 2018, 35 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis were analyzed and studied in our hospital. There were 25 males and 10 females. The patients were provided with relevant nursing and actively carried out health education. Results: after nursing, 1 case of 18 cases of threatened hepatic encephalopathy died better than upper gastrointestinal bleeding, 1 case of liver coma transferred to hospital, 16 cases of patients did not appear hepatic encephalopathy. Conclusion: active nursing intervention can prevent the occurrence of hepatic encephalopathy and provide reference for clinical nursing, which is worthy of promotion and use.
简介: 【摘要】目的:急性胰腺炎患者护理过程中采用健康教育护理方法,观察该种护理方法的效果。方法:将我院收治的急性胰腺炎患者作为观察对象,观察时间段为 2018年 2月到 2020年 2月,并且根据患者使用的护理方法不同,将患者分成两组,对照组采用常规护理方法,治疗组使用健康教育护理方法。结果:治疗组护理满意度为 96.87%,对照组护理满意度为 75%,( P<0.05),结果有显著差异。结论:急性胰腺炎患者护理过程中采用健康教育效果明显,该种护理方法值得在临床上推荐使用。 【关键词】急性胰腺炎 ;护理 ;健康教育 [Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of health education nursing method in the nursing process of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods: the patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital were selected as the observation objects, and the observation period was from February 2018 to February 2020. According to the different nursing methods used by patients, the patients were divided into two groups, the control group adopted routine nursing methods, and the treatment group used health education nursing methods. Results: the nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was 96.87%, and that of the control group was 75% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of health education in the nursing process of patients with acute pancreatitis is obvious, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
