Synthesis of CdTe/SiO2 Composites and Their Fluorescence Properties-中国Betway体育网页登陆

摘要 Thioglycolicacid(TGA)-stabilizedCdTenanocrystals(NCs)werepreparedwithsodiumtelluriteastelluriumsource,whichavoidsthecumbersomeprocessesassociatedwithH2TeorNaHTesources.FluorescentCdTe/SiO2compositesweresynthesizedbyasol-gelmethodwithouttheexchangeofsurfaceligands.ThephasestructureofCdTeNCswasinvestigatedbyX-raydiffractometry.Forcomparison,somecharacterizationsweredoneforboththeCdTeNCsandthecomposites.CdTeNCsandCdTe/SiO2compositeswerecharacterizedwithTEM,digitalcameraandfluorescencespectrophotometer.ThestabilityofCdTeNCsandthecompositeswereinvestigatedinphosphate-bufferedsaline(PBS)bufferandthefluorescentpropertiesofthecompositeswerediscussedindetail.
