摘要 Studiesonbrain-evokedpotentialandcontingentnegativevariation(CNV)inmooddisorderremaincontroversial.Todate,noCNVdifferencebetweenunipolarandbipolardepressionhasbeenreported.Brain-evokedpotentialsweremeasuredinthepresentstudytoanalyzeCNVinthreesubtypesofmooddisorder(mania,unipolardepression,andbipolardepression),andtheseresultswerecomparedwithnormalcontrols.Inthemaniagroup,CNVamplitudeBwasgreaterthanincontrols,andthedepressiongroupexhibitedlowerCNVamplitudeBandsmallerA-S'2area,andprolongedpost-imperativenegativevariationlatency.TheCNVcomparisonbetweenunipolarandbipolardepressionfoundthattheprolongedpost-imperativenegativevariationlatencywasonlyinunipolardepression.Theseresultssuggestthatprolongedpost-imperativenegativevariationlatencyisacharacteristicofunipolardepression,andCNVamplitudechangeisastatecharacteristicofmooddisorderpatients.
