Attributes reduct and decision rules optimization based on maximal tolerance classification in incomplete information systems with fuzzy decisions

    摘要 Anewapproachtoknowledgeacquisitioninincompleteinformationsystemwithfuzzydecisionsisproposed.Insuchincompleteinformationsystem,theuniverseofdiscourseisclassifiedbythemaximaltoleranceclasses,andfuzzyapproximationsaredefinedbasedonthem.Threetypesofrelativereductsofmaximaltoleranceclassesarethenproposed,andthreetypesoffuzzydecisionrulesbasedontheproposedattributedescriptionaredefined.ThejudgmenttheoremsandapproximationdiscernibilityfunctionswithrespecttothemarepresentedtocomputetherelativereductbyusingBooleanreasoningtechniques,fromwhichwecanderiveoptimalfuzzydecisionrulesfromthesystems.Atlast,threetypesofrelativereductsofthesystemandtheircomputingmethodsaregiven.
