摘要 Thefluidized-bedpolymerizationprocesshasbeeninusefordecades.Fromthemanufacturer'sperspectiveitisdesirabletoimprovetechnologywithoutmajormodificationofthereactorsystem.Therefore,inordertomeetthedemandfornewproductsormoreefficientreactoroperation,manufacturersprefertoimprovethecatalystsysteminthemostcosteffectivemanner.Usingpolypropyleneproductionasanexample,somerecentadvancesinfluidized-bedpolymerizationtechnologyarepresented.
