摘要
Chitosan(CTS)coatingscontainedcalcium(Ca)andphosphorus(P)ontitanium(Ti)surfacearepreparedbythecathodeliquidphaseplasmatechnology(CLPT),inacertainconcentrationelectrolytesolutionwithselectiveadditionsofammoniumdihydrogenphosphateandcalciumnitrate.Itisindicatedthattheparametersforastabledischargearevoltageof400V,frequencyof100Hz,dutycycleof30%basedonalargeamountofexperimentdata.Themorphology,structureandcompositionofthecoatedsamplesarestudiedbySEM,FTIR,XRD,XPS.Theresultsdemonstratethatthecompositecoatingsareuniform,andsomesolidparticlesofinorganicsaltcontainingcalciumandphosphorusdispersedonthecoatings.CAtestsshowthatthesamplestreatedbytheliquidplasmabecamelesshydrophilic.ThevariationofhydrophilicityontheCLPTtreatedtitaniumisattributedtothechangeofthefunctiongroupsonthesamplesurface.Meanwhile,apossibleformationmechanismofthecompositecoatingsisdiscussed.
