摘要
TuyerecokeprobingwasconductedattheBaosteelCorexPlantinordertogainabetterunderstandingofthestructureofthecharbedinthemeltergasifier(MG).Afterscreening,thespecimenswereobservedbyanopticalmicroscopetodeterminethemechanismofthecharbedformation.X-raydiffraction(XRD)wasusedtoclarifythedegreeofgraphitizationandinferthermalhistoryofcoke.Theresultsshowthattheamountofpowdercomingfromlumpcoalintheburdenismuchmorethanthatfromcoke.Basedonthis,measuresforimprovingthecharbed'spermeabilityareproposed.
