摘要
BACKGROUND:Hemorrheologicindexesandthedisturbancesoflipidmetabolismarecloselycorrelatedwithstroke.Whetherscalpacupuncturecancorrecttheabnormalityofhemorrheologicindexes,andimprovethehyperviscosityofstrokepatients,andthenamelioratetheirbrainfunction?OBJECTIVE:Toobservethecurativeeffectofinternationallystandardizedschemeofscalpacupunctureonstroke,andanalyzetheinfluenceofscalpacupunctureonthehemorrheologicindexes,levelsofbloodlipidsandplasmaendothelininstrokepatients.DESIGN:Arandomizedcontrolledobservation.SETTING:DepartmentofAcupunctureandMoxibustion,WuhanHospitalofIntegratedTraditionalChineseandWesternMedicine.PARTICIPANTS:Totally128strokeinpatientswereselectedfromtheDepartmentofAcupunctureandMoxibustion,WuhanHospitalofIntegratedTraditionalChineseandWesternMedicinefromMay2000toJune2005,including72malesand56females,withanaverageageof(64±37)years.AllthesubjectswereaccordedwiththediagnosticstandardsofstrokeinthecriteriaforthetraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)diagnosisandefficacyevaluation(intrial)andthediagnostickeypointsforcerebrovasculardiseasesrevisedbyChineseAssociationofNeurology,andtheywereallconfirmedbycranialCTscanning.Ofthe128patients,there73casesofcerebralinfarction,48ofcerebralhemorrhage,and7ofmixedtype.ForTCMdiagnosis,therewere79casesofstrokeinvolvingchannelsand49casesofstrokeinvolvingzangfuorgans.Thestrokepatientswithrandomlydividedintoscalpacupuncturegroup(n=66)andbodyacupuncturegroup(n=62).Meanwhile,15healthyphysicalexamineesweretakenasthenormalcontrolgroup.Allthesubjectswereinformedandagreedwiththetreatmentscheme.METHODS:①Scalpacupuncturegroup:Anteriorobliquelineofvertex-temporal[fromQianshencongtoXuanli(GB6)]andposteriorobliquelineofvertex-temporal[fromBaihui(DU20)toQubin(GB7)]wereselectedastheacupointstoperformacupuncturesuccessivelywith3needles.A
