Photoelectrochemical glucose biosensor incorporating CdS nanoparticles

    摘要 AnovelphotoelectrochemicalbiosensorincorporatingnanosizedCdSsemiconductorcrystalswithenzymetoenhancephotochemicalreactionhasbeeninvestigated.CdSnanoparticlesweresynthe-sizedbyusingdendrimerPAMAMasinnertemplates.TheCdSnanoparticlesandglucoseoxidase(GOD)wereimmobilizedonPtelectrodevialayer-by-layer(LbL)techniquetofabricateabiological-inorganichybridsystem.Underultravioletlight,thephoto-effectoftheCdSnanoparticlesshowedenhancementofthebiosensortodetectglucose.PtnanoparticlesweremixedintotheNafionfilmtoimmobilizetheCdS/enzymecompositesandtoimprovethechargetransferofthehybrid.Experimentalresultsdemon-stratethedesirablecharacteristicsofthisbiosensingsystem,e.g.asensitivityof1.83A/(mMcm2),lowerdetectionlimit(1M),andacceptablereproducibilityandstability.
