Microstructure and Wear Behavior of FeBSiNbCr Metallic Glass Coatings

    摘要 Inthispaper,FeBSiNbCrmetallicglasscoatingswerepreparedontoAISI1045steelsubstratebyusingwirearcsprayingprocess.Thephaseandstructureofthecoatingwerecharacterizedbytransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),X-raydiffraction(XRD)andscanningelectionmicroscopy(SEM)equippedwithenergydispersiveX-rayanalysis(EDX).Themicrostructureofthecoatingconsistsoffullamorphousphase.Thecoatinghashighhardnessandlowporosity.Fulldensityandlittleoxidesaredetectedinthecoating.Themechanicalproperties,especiallywearresistance,wereinvestigated.Therelationshipbetweenwearbehaviorandstructureofthecoatingswereanalyzedindetail.Themainfailuremechanismofthemetallicglasscoatingisbrittlebreakingandfracture.TheresultsindicatethatFeBSiNbCrmetallicglasscoatinghasexcellentresistancetoabrasivewear.
