Dual-wavelength FBG inscribed by femtosecond laser for simultaneous measurement of high temperature and strain

    摘要 AnovelfiberBragggrating(FBG)withtwotransmissiondipsin1310-and1550-nmregionsisproposedandinscribedbyaninfraredfemtosecondlaser.Formedbymulti-photonionization,thistypeofgratingcanwithstandtemperatureashighas800℃whichmakesitsuitableforharshenvironmentsensing.Inaddition,thetemperatureandstrainaffectthesetwodipsindifferentways,whichenablessimultaneousstrainandtemperaturesensing.Thefabrication,spectrumcharacterization,andtemperatureperformanceofthisgratingareintroduced.
