摘要 WehavestudiedtheMossbauereffectofYBa2Cu2.88Fe0.12O7-xsuperconductiveoxidefrom78to273K.TwominimaofrecoillessfractionandDebyetemperaturewerefoundnear110Kand220K.Itmeansthatlatticesofteninghappenednearthesetwotemperatures.Wealsoobservedminimaofisomershiftnear110Kandquadrupolesplittingincreasewhentemperatureislowerthan110K.Wesuggestthatlatticesofteningwouldleadtothedisplacementofoxygenatoms.Thismayberelativetosuperconductivetransition.
