Inthispaper,aneffectivemethodofsimulatingthespatialdistributionofclimaticelementsinmountainousareasbyusingthesemi-empiricaltheoryispresented.Asanexample,thespatialdistributionsoftemperature,vaporpressure,relativehumidity,windspeedandprecipitationintheJianyangregionandtheShaxibasinofFujianProvincearecomputedwiththismethod,andthesimulatedresultsareingoodagreementwiththeobservations.
