摘要
Progressesintheresearchforseasondivisionandseasonalchangesarereviewedsystematicallyinthispaper,whichparticularlyintroducestheresultsofanationalnaturalsciencefoundationproject,'thenonlinearidentificationofseasonalchangesanditsresponsestoglobalwarming'.Theprojectdevelopedtwoobjectiveandquantitativemethodsforseasondivision:thenon-linearsimilaritymeasure(NSM)methodandtheregionalmulti-elementoptimaldissection(RMOD)method,whichdifferfromtraditionalonesforseasondivision.Besides,theprojectfurtherinvestigatedseasonalchangesandtheirresponsestoglobalwarming,analyzedevolutioncharacteristicsofthestartingdateandlengthofseasonsinhistory,revealedtheirrelationshipswithextremeeventsandprecipitationpatternsinrainyseasons,andtherebybuiltaresearchsystemforseasonalchangesinChinaundertheglobalwarmingbackground.Finally,theauthorsmakeanoutlookontheresearchforseasondivisionandseasonalchangesandputforwardseveralissuesassociatedwithseasonandclimatechangesthatneedtobefurtherexplored.
