摘要 Thymopentinderivative(septapeptide)waspreparedbymeansofthesolid-phasepeptidesynthesismethodinwhichstepwiseandsegmentcondensationswereinvolved.ThestructuresofthekeyintermediateandtargetmoleculewereconfirmedbyESI-MS,elementaryanalysis,IR,1HNMRand13CNMRspectrometriesinourexperiments.Inthisstudy,theauthorsfoundthatboththymopentinderivetive(septapeptide)andthymopentincouldpromoteTcellproliferationandincreaseofE-rosefomationcells.
