摘要
Withtheincreasingimportanceofoceanexploitation,providinganti-rollingstabilityforshipsatanchorhasbecomemoreandmoreimportant.Thelift-generationtheoryoftraditionalfinstabilizersisbasedonincomingflowvelocity,whichisnotsuitableforexplainingliftgeneratedatanchor.Weanalyzednon-steadyflows,withforcesonfinstabilizersgeneratedbynon-incomingflowvelocityconditions,andgaveanewlift-generationmodel.Thecorrectnessofthemodelwasprovenbycomparingexperimentalresultsoffinstabilizermotionundernon-incomingvelocityconditionsfromthefluidcomputationsoftwarewiththatfromtheemulatorofthelift-generationmodel.Finally,themodelwasusedinananti-rollingsystemonashipandthereductionofrollwasmuchbetterthanwhatcouldbeachievedbypassiveanti-rollingtanks.
