摘要
TheThreeGorgesRegion(TGR)isaneconomicregionofChina,andliesinthewesternpartofYangtzeeconomicbelt.IttakestheThreeGorgesProjectasleading,ChongqingandYichangCityasmainbody,theThreeGorgesReservoirasligament.Itcoversabout700kmoftheYangtzeRivervalleyfromChongqingtoYichang,in-cludingChongqingCity,YichangCityandEnshiDistrictofHubeiProvince.SincetheconstructionofThreeGorgesProjectandestablishmentofChongqingasmunicipalitydirectlyundertheCentralGovernment,theregionalecon-omy,culture,education,technology,etc.,alldevelopedharmoniouslyandrapidly,andthediathesisoftheregionalhumanresourcesalsogotanexaltation.WhilecomparedwiththeeasternregionofChina,theeconomy,scienceandtechnologyinthisregionstillfallbehind,andthecurrentsituationisofnooptimism.Basedonthetheoryofhumanresourcesdevelopment,thispaperanalyzescurrentsituationandproblemsinthehumanresourcesdevelopmentoftheTGR,andputsforwardthecountermeasures,suchasplanninghumanresourcesdevelopmentprogrambasedon'anaphasesupport'policy,developingeducationandtrainingbusiness,reasonablyorganizinglaborexport,etc.
