摘要
Effectsofstartingmaterialsandfourdispersants(STP,SHP,FDNandFS60)onZetapotentialandrheologicalbehaviorofaluminabasedULCcastablesmatrixwereinvestigated.Theresultsshowthat:characteristicsofsilicafumeandaluminacementsplayaveryimportantroleinZetapotentialandviscosityofsuspensionsofthecastablesmatrix;thedispersantsSTPandSHPcanchangeZetapotentialvaluesofthematrixsuspensionsremarkably;thefourdispersantscaneffectivelyimprovetherheologicalpropertiesofmatrixsuspensions.Forthepointoflowerviscosityofthematrixsuspensions,thesuitableadditionsofthethreedispersants(SHP,FDNandFS60)areabout0.2%whilethatofSTPisabout0.3%.
