摘要 ThispaperhasresearchedonsixkindsofthecorporateDNAmodels,whichhavesetupandanalyzeditslimitations,regardedthecorporationasavitalorganism,andputforwardthejudgingstandardforcorporateDNAbyanalogism.Accordingtothestandard,thecomponentsofthecorporateDNAarejudgedandanewmodelhasbeenestablished.ThecorporateDNAiscomposedoffourDNAchains,whichoverlapandintercrossinthemodel.Basedonthenewmodel,theconceptofthecorporatecentraldogmaisputforward.Theelementandinformationtransmissionwayofcorporateinformationarediscussedinthecorporatecentraldogma.
