摘要 Theboundaryintegralequation(BIE)ofdisplacementderivativesisputatadisadvantageforthedifficultyinvolvedintheevaluationofthehypersingularintegrals.Inthispaper,theoperatorsδijandεijareusedtoactonthederivativeBIE.Theboundarydisplacements,tractionsanddisplacementderivativesaretransformedintoasetofnewboundarytensorsasboundaryvariables.AnewBIEformulationtermednaturalboundaryintegralequation(NBIE)isobtained.TheNBIEisappliedtosolvingtwo-dimensionalelasticityproblems.IntheNBIEonlythestronglysingularintegralsarecontained.TheCauchyprincipalvalueintegralsoccurringintheNBIEareevaluated.AcombinationoftheNBIEanddisplacementBIEcanbeusedtodirectlycalculatetheboundarystresses.ThenumericalresultsofseveralexamplesdemonstratetheaccuracyoftheNBIE.
