摘要
【摘要】目的 探讨中医辩证治疗心血管神经症的临床疗效。方法 将 2017年 5月～ 2019年 8月收治的 90例心血管神经症患者随即分为两组，观察组 45例给予中医辩证治疗，对照组采用盐酸普萘洛尔联合地西泮治疗，对两组疗效进行观察与分析。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为 95%，对照组总有效率为 82%，观察组临床有效率显著高于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 采用中医辩证治疗心血管神经症患者能够取得显著临床效果，值得推广。 【关键词】中医辩证治疗；心血管神经症；临床疗效 [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of dialectical treatment of cardiovascular neurosis. Methods 90 patients with cardiovascular neurosis admitted from May 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. 45 patients in the observation group were given TCM dialectical treatment, and the control group was treated with propranolol hydrochloride combined with diazepam. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, the total effective rate of the control group was 82%, the clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion TCM dialectical treatment of cardiovascular neurosis patients can achieve significant clinical effect, worthy of promotion.
