    摘要 Thekillinglogarithmsindexinkillingavegetativeforminanexplosureofabout90sandasporeinanexplosureofabout120s,byusingalow-temperatureplasmaproducedbydielectricbarrierdischarge(DBD),reached5.Thespeedinkillingthestrainstested,byusingalow-temperatureplasma,wasthehighestwithE.Coli,thenS.AureusandB.Subtilisvarnigerspore.Theresultsofthescanningelectronmicroscopeshowedthatthelow-temperatureplasmadestroyedtheouterstructureofthebacteriaandthatthevegetativeformwasmoresusceptibletotheinactivationeffectofthelow-temperatureplasmathanwasthespore.Thisindicatedthattheeffectsofthehighvoltageandhighvelocityparticleflow,inplasma,penetratingthroughtheouterstructureofthebacteriamightplayadominantroleduringtheinactivationofthebacteria.
