摘要
【摘 要】 目的：探究老年卧床患者失禁性皮炎应用优质护理干预的效果。方法： 50 例老年卧床患者（选取于 2018 年 1 月 -2019 年 1 月）采取数字表随机法分组，对照组 25 例开展常规护理，研究组 25 例开展优质护理干预，比较两组患者失禁性皮炎发生率及患者满意度。结果： 满意度对比，研究组 92% 明显高于对照组 68% ，统计学差异性（ X2=4.500 ， P<0.05 ），失禁性皮炎发生率 4% 低于对照组 24% ，统计学明显差异性（ X2=4.153 ， P<0.05 ）。结论： 老年卧床患者实施优质护理干预，整体护理效果确切、显著，应用价值高。 【关键词】 优质护理干预 ; 老年 ; 失禁性皮炎 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on incontinence dermatitis in elderly bedridden patients. Methods: 50 elderly bedridden patients (selected from January 2018 to January 2019) were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (25 cases) received routine nursing, and the study group (25 cases) received high-quality nursing intervention. Results: 92% of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than 68% in the control group (x2 = 4.500, P < 0.05). The incidence of incontinence dermatitis was 4% lower than 24% in the control group (x2 = 4.153, P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of quality nursing intervention on the elderly bedridden patients is accurate and significant, and the application value is high.
