摘要
【摘 要】目的：研究脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者应用中医辨证治疗的临床效果。方法： 2017年 6月至 2019年 6月在我院接受功能性消化不良诊治的患者中随机抽取 78例，按照所选患者应用治疗方式的异同进行分组，对比组（ n=39）患者应用西药治疗，研究组（ n=39）患者采用中醫辨证治疗。结果：研究组患者病情总好转率显著高于对比组患者， 2组差异存在统计学意义（ x2=19.2905， P=0.0292），其中，研究组治疗无效患者为 2例，病情好转患者共计 37例，对比组治疗无效患者为 10例，病情好转患者共计 29例。研究组患者用药后共计 2例患者出现不良反应，总发生率为 5.13%，对比组患者用药后共计 12例患者出现不良反应，总发生率为 30.77%， 2组患者用药后不良反应总发生率差异存在统计学意义（ x2=16.9202， P=0.0282）。结论：脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者应用中医辨证治疗能够取得较好的临床疗效且应用安全性较高，临床应用价值较高。 【关键词】中医辨证治疗 ;脾胃气虚型 ;功能性消化不良 [Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on functional dyspepsia of spleen stomach qi deficiency type. Methods: from June 2017 to June 2019, 78 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly selected from our hospital. According to the differences and similarities of the treatment methods of the selected patients, the patients in the control group (n = 39) were treated with western medicine, and the patients in the study group (n = 39) were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Results: the total improvement rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (x2 = 19.2905, P = 0.0292). Among them, there were 2 patients in the study group who had no effect on treatment, 37 patients in the improvement group, 10 patients in the control group who had no effect on treatment, 29 patients in the improvement group. The total incidence of adverse reactions was 5.13% in two patients in the study group and 30.77% in 12 patients in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (x2 = 16.9202, P = 0.0282). Conclusion: the patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen stomach qi deficiency type can obtain better clinical effect and safety, and have higher clinical application value.
