摘要 Themomentarystateofasemiconductordeviceisdescribedbyasystemofthreenonlinearpartialdifferentialequations.Afinitedifferenceschemeforsimulatingtransientbehaviorsofasemiconductordeviceongridswithlocalrefinementintimeandspaceisconstructedandstudied.Erroranalysisispresentedandisillustratedbynumericalexamples.
